We built Performance Co as a deep, multi-layer coaching system—not a marketing site. Users link their Whoop wearable so the platform continuously ingests recovery, sleep stages, strain, heart rate, and related biometrics. Our AI reads those signals and produces tailored daily tasks and micro-plans to strengthen sleep hygiene, focus windows, and training balance—functioning as a fully automated personal coach that adapts to how you actually recover. The architecture combines robust Whoop integrations, a custom recommendation model for personalized actions across the day, and Signal-based notifications for timely prompts and accountability.
